I have a nice apartment available with a great location near campus. Campus Plaza Apartments. It's a pretty big room and it's only $191 per month. Utilities are usually around $40-50 dollars so the total is usually only about $240 (CHEAP!!!). It is located at only a 7 minute walk to Cherry Hall and a 6 minute walk to the Fine Arts Center
(FAC). There are 2 other bedrooms in the apartment along with a kitchen and living room and the other people living there are really nice (right now it's 2 girls and 1 boy, so either gender is fine). It's unfurnished. Just send me a reply if interested.

If someone decides to take over my lease I will pay the $250 sublet fee for them to take over my lease. Greenhaven Apartments is awesome, we just have to get a place with a 6 month lease because that's when my husband graduates and we'll have to leave the area (we've found another place that will do until that point, so we're in a hurry!). I'm not sure if they'll do it, but you can have our free month's rent if at all possible. It's within WALKING DISTANCE of BGTC and about five minutes from Western - a bike ride away. Walmart and a convenience store are also within walking distance or less than a five minute drive.
